Brazilian Style Chicken Wings

Crunchy and well seasoned. Hard to resist to this temptation!

BRAZILIAN STYLE CHICKEN WINGS
(servings: 5 / time: 1 hour)

Ingredients
10 chicken wings
4 mashed garlic cloves
salt to taste
Tabasco pepper to taste
juice of 1 lime or lemon
paprika to taste
1 tbs oil
oil (enough to dip fry the chicken)

Directions
1 – In a bowl, combine all the seasonings (garlic, salt, pepper, lemon, paprika and oil) and mix well with a spoon.
2 – Add the wings and mix well with your hands until the pieces are thoroughly seasoned. Let is rest for 30 minutes, out of the fridge.
3 – In a large saucepan, heat the oil and add the chicken.
4 – Let it fry until golden brown on both sides.


Tips and Options

If your pan is not too large, fry half of the chicken and then the other half.
If you prefer, season the chicken the day before and refrigerate in a pot with lid.
Serve as an appetizer or main dish, with rice, potatoes or green salad as sides.
Serve with lemon wedges and an cold beer!
